About Us
We believe caring is a profession.
JC PROcruit C is a one-year professional traineeship programme created and funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. Together with industry convenors and a group of committed and forward-looking employers, on top of one-year professional career navigation opportunities, the programme also offers on-the-job training, coaching and professional network building facilitation for first-time-job-seekers.
Despite we're living in the age of transition and change, JC PROcruit C believes that human-centric skill sets and services will continue to be prized in the new normal. Human-centric professions are already emerging in four sectors: Creativity for Good, Technology for Good, Business for Good, and Healthcare for Good.
JC PROcruit C leads dedicated and motivated graduates to prepare their work readiness and future employability.
The Government's Anti-epidemic Fund is also providing salary subsidies for the creation of 600 job roles in these promising sectors. Transformation of mindsets in talent matching and development
JC PROcruit C is a journey of self-exploration. It empowers first-time-job-seekers to better understand their values, attitudes, skills and knowledge, and matches them with career opportunities across 16 professions.
On-the-job training boosted by opportunity in growing professional network
JC PROcruit C's partners are in collaboration to provide continuous training inside and outside workplace, as well as career events and networking occasions for trainees. Trainees will get to build valuable connections with their peers and mentors in the industry.
Emerging professions opened up by forward-looking employers
Industry convenors and employers have come together to offer a one-year professional traineeship across 16 professions in Creativity for Good, Technology for Good, Business for Good and Healthcare for Good.
Multi-day bootcamp strengthened by continuous career coaching
Talent development experts along with JC PROcruit C's partners have jointly designed pre-onboarding bootcamp on essential workplace skills including soft skills, digital literacy and creative problem solving to get first-time-job-seekers ready for a new stage in life. Continuous coaching is also provided to give trainees a shot in the arm in developing their own career.
